Cassie’s Face Paints offers a range of entertaining services from beautiful face paints, cute balloons animals, glitter bars and jewels and glam packages !!
The packages provided below are some popular and favourable choices from clients, although you are more than welcome to add as many children to your chosen party package and we will work with you to make it happen. Please keep in mind depending on the time you wish your artist to stay, prices may vary.
Corporate clients
The packages below do not accomodate for corporate rates for events as they tend to come with larger group sizes. If you have any questions or need a customized package, please reach out via email, and we’ll create something special just for you!

Since launching in Feburary 2024, Cassie is proud to have worked with the following clients -
Travel Fee
Cassie’s Face Paints primarily services the Hills district, Hawkesbury and Hornsby Area but will happily travel to other parts of Sydney for a travel fee.
*An additional travel cost may occur if your event is more than 30km away from Pitt Town 2756, if tolls are required and/or free parking is unavailable.
Marvellous paints package - $150 per hour
This package includes party guests receiving a bright and creative face paint design decorated with an array of glitter, gems and jewels. There are many designs to choose, from cool superheroes to gorgeous rainbow and flower designs. We only use the highest quality of paints, glitters and stencils to bring your childs imagination to life! Charecter and themed face paints are readily availiable to choose!
This package is suited for up to 10 children and will take our face painter 1hr to complete every party guest. Intricate designs take time and this ensures each child gets the attention and engagement required.
30 minute & 1 hour intervals can be added onto this package to suit the amount of party guests.
*PLEASE NOTE - If there are more children than originally quoted who wish to have their face painted, additional charges will apply. Should extra children participate, the additional amount will be invoiced and due immediately after the event, based on the agreed-upon rates for extra services. This ensures clarity and timely payment for all services rendered.
Twisty Balloons package - $150 per hour
This package includes party guests receiving a fun and creative balloon design of their choice created by one of our talented balloon twisters. Our crafty balloon animals will be made on the spot which range from flowers, snakes, dogs, swords and even butterflies! Each child is guaranteed to love their colourful balloon in which they can play with and take home.
This package is suited for up to 30 children and will take our balloon twister 1hr to complete every party guest. Intricate designs take time and this ensures each child gets the attention and engagement required.

Jewels and Glam Package - $200 per hour
Give your little ones the ultimate party experience with our newest addition, designed to sparkle with quality, creativity, and fun! This exciting package includes a full glam session where each child gets to choose a dazzling, reusable jeweled adhesive and enjoy a touch of light makeup. With beautiful glitter on the cheek bones and a delightful variety of lip gloss colors to choose from, your child will feel extra special and party-ready! 🎉
This package is suited for up to 15 children and will take our entertainer 1hr to complete every party guest. Intricate designs take time and this ensures each child gets the attention and engagement required.

ADD-ONS
+$5 Painter to come with their face painted according to the theme of your party
+$20 Personalised playlist created to be played at the event according to the celebrated person’s interests (small speaker provided)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
*Please note that prices will vary if you require our artists for a longer period of time or decide to add on more children to your chosen package
*Bookings made on public holidays or long weekends will incur an extra fee
A 50% deposit of the total booking fee is required to secure the booking date. Deposit must be paid via direct deposit and funds cleared BEFORE the event. Remainder to be paid in cash on the day or via direct deposit funds cleared before the event.
Booked dates will be held for seven (7) days. If the deposit is not received within this period, the booking will be considered null and void, and the dates will be released for other clients. The deposit is non-refundable if the client cancels or postpones the event with less than 48 hours notice. Cancellations provided with more than 48 hours notice may be eligible for a 50% refund of their deposit. In the case of a postponement, Cassie’s Face Paints will collaborate with you to arrange an alternate date. However, due to existing bookings and commitments, availability may be limited. Any cancellations must be communicated in writing via email to cassiesfacepaints@gmail.com.
