Booking Requests

If you're considering making a booking with Cassie’s Face Paints, you’ve made a great choice!

If you would like to book a service please provide the following information in your email to us. From there a brief of what service you would like at your party will be generated, as will an invoice. This will ensure we can lock in your time and date of your event!

Your name and you best form of contact eg. email, phone

What is the date and time of your event?

Where is the event located exactly?

*Depending on the location a small travel fee may be incurred.

Who are we celebrating and what type of event is it?

What time would you like the entertainment to start?

*We will arrive 10 minutes ahead of schedule to set up

Does your party have a theme?

What package would you like? Is there anything you wish to adjust?

eg. time of service, amount of children?

How many children are you expecting?

Would you like to add any additional pieces to your package?

*Personalised playlist for your party or artist to come with their face painted?

Are there any known sensitivities or allergies that we need to be aware of?

Once you've supplied all the necessary details above, we will promptly generate an invoice and client brief for you, sending it back via email. After receiving the deposit payment (equivalent to 50% of the total package cost), we will promptly issue a receipt. Additionally, I'll reach out to you one week before your event to confirm all details and regarding the rest of the payment. That's the process! :)
